The words "Kia" and "compact" haven't traditionally been associated with the words "luxury sedan." But Kia took a big step in that direction in 2016 with the all-new Forte. With considerable interior upgrades, advanced technology, and a sleek new design, the name Kia Forte takes on a whole new meaning.
The exterior of the Forte will get you noticed. From the front LED Positioning Lights to the available LED Rear Combination Lamps, you'll light up the road and the eyes of bystanders alike. Steel or alloy wheels of up to 18 inches and a standard set of chrome-tipped exhaust pipes give this Kia a little attitude adjustment.
Kia is no longer just for lovers of affordability and fuel economy. With the 2016 Forte, those who long for a little performance will find what they're looking for too. All three engine options feature Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing to enhance power and the upgraded trimsboast Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) systems.
The 2016 Forte was given an overall 5-star Crash Safety Rating by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Airbags surround all passengers and inflate according to impact type. Doors are reinforced with steel beams, and the front and rear are designedwith crumple zones so the body of the Forte remains prepped for any type of collision.
There's nothing compact about the interior of the Forte. And filling out all that space are available leather seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and shift knob. Adding to the comfort is an available dual zone automatic temperature control and an extensive amount of interior insulation to reduce road noise.
An already enjoyable ride is enhanced even further by the Forte's impressive showing of technology.
